Quick plug here.  I watched the five-hour dress for Der Rosenkavalier at the Met Opera this morning.  Amazing. The libretto alone (Hofmannsthal) is great, and it’s not often one can say that for an opera.  And of course, Renée Fleming and Susan Graham. Rush tickets and such are available (the Met’s good about that).
